I am a graduate from The University of Alabama.

I developed a pure admiration for the camera and writing in the 8th grade when I hosted a morning show called "TV 8." Also, I was the announcer for the morning news in high school while delivering imperative information and impacting listeners.

​During my time at the capstone, I was a sports reporter and news producer intern for WVUA 23. I wrote, shot, and produced content for sports and news. 
​
Since August 2020, I had the opportunity to hold this internship despite a pandemic. During this time, I created several podcasts for my JCM 425 class. It opened my eyes to still being able to produce content despite the circumstances. My time as a UA student has allowed me to gain experience in multimedia storytelling methods, announcing, videography, leadership, marketing, and more.

My goal is to inform viewers with accurate information and provide a vivid experience through my writing. Ultimately, I aim to create an understanding of news and sports. Being a multimedia journalist has inspired me to challenge myself to provide a thrilling experience through my writing. Therefore, people can formulate their own emotions and visuals.
